Returns & Refunds
These terms of exercise of the right of withdrawal (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are valid between:
Seller – Limited Liability Company "Infinitas", reg. No. 40103330966, legal address: Jaunmoku 26, Riga, LV-1046 and
Buyer – consumer (a natural person who has purchased goods for a purpose that is not related to his or her economic or professional activity) in relation to the home page managed by the Seller www.gpspro.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website) for the purchased Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods).
The buyer is entitled to: Within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery of the Goods exercise the right of withdrawal and, without giving any reason, return the Product in accordance with the rules described below:
1. Withdrawal form:
1.1.Before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer informs the Seller about the decision to refuse the Goods by submitting a completed withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal:
- in paper form, to the address: Jaunmoku 26, Riga, LV-1046 or
- electronically by e-mail: sale@gpspro.eu.
1.2.The deadline is met if the Buyer sends a withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiration of the right of withdrawal. It is the buyer's responsibility to prove the sending of the withdrawal form within the specified time limit.
2. Product return deadline:
2.1.The Buyer sends the Goods back to the Seller or transfers them to the Seller without undue delay, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days after sending the Seller a withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3. Ways to return the product:
- When sending by parcel machine, parcel machine address: Lielirbes 27, Riga T/c Spice;
- By post to the address: Jaunmoku 26, Riga, LV-1046;
- By submitting in person to the shop "GPSPRO", Jaunmoku street 26, Riga
4. The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
5. Requirements for goods that are returned:
5.1. The returned Product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
5.2.The goods and their packaging must be undamaged, without losing the appearance of the goods (labels that have not been removed or damaged, unbroken protective films, except for packaging films, without the removal of which it is impossible to open and start (turn on) the Product, etc.) and unused.
5.3.The product must be returned in the same set as it was received by returning the product purchase document, instructions for use and other accessories of the product. A set of goods consisting of several Goods must be returned in its full composition, i.e. all the Goods included in the set.
6. The Buyer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the Goods if the Goods have been used for purposes other than ascertaining the nature, characteristics and operation of the Goods. If signs of depreciation are found on the Product, the Seller calculates the losses caused to the Goods and withholds the amount of these losses from the amount of money to be returned to the Buyer, informing the Buyer thereof.
7. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised:
- if the Buyer has opened audio or video recordings or the packaging of computer programs.
8. Cashback:
8.1.The Seller shall, without undue delay, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of information about the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Agreement, refund to the Buyer the amount of money paid by him for the Goods and the delivery costs paid by the Buyer. The Seller shall repay the aforementioned amount of money by Bank Transfer to the bank account indicated by the Buyer, from which the payment for the Goods was made.
8.2.If the Buyer has used a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the delivery costs in the amount corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
8.3.The Seller is entitled to withhold the refund of the amount of money paid by the Buyer until the moment when the Seller has received the Goods or the Buyer has provided the Seller with a confirmation that the Goods have been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

10. Validity and amendments to the Terms and Conditions:
10.1. The right of withdrawal is valid only if the Buyer is a consumer - a natural person who purchases goods for private consumption (not for economic activity).
10.2. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Goods purchased on the Website.
10.3. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally amend the Terms without informing the Buyer in advance. The new version of the Terms is valid from the moment the Seller publishes it on the Website.
10.4. The Buyer is obliged to get acquainted with the current version of the Terms before purchasing the Goods. Use of the Website and purchase of Goods in it means acceptance of the current version of the Terms.
10.5. Issues not covered by the Terms and Conditions are subject to the Laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
